Hello there! My name is Jeff Mohlman and I’m an English Literature student from the University of Ohio. While I could have left the state for college, I realized that home is still the best place for me. To hone my writing style, sometimes it’s helpful to be in a familiar and comfortable place. Of course, it is also helpful to explore new places and scenes. This is why I also dabble in urban photography, and write about movies and visual art.

Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to be a novelist. It might take me years but I’m set on accomplishing that goal. As a fictionist, I enjoy writing mystery and fantasy pieces. But as a reader, I enjoy all genres. This might seem surprising but I’m sincerely enjoying the reading list for some of my classes. True to what famous writers say, to be a good writer, one must be a dedicated reader.
